An original song of about 2 min 30, written from your answers, with the person's name sung in it. You receive the song as an MP3, its lyrics and a private gift page to send to that person. It is digital content, nothing is shipped.

You tell your story. Artificial intelligence turns it into lyrics, which you read and approve, then into the music and the voice. A person on our team listens to every song before sending it to you, except an express delivery sent automatically (see delivery).

You answer the questionnaire, read and approve the lyrics, then listen to a preview of two versions. Up to that point you are not committed to anything. The contract is formed when you choose a version and your payment is accepted. You then receive a confirmation by email.

The other version stays locked and is not part of the order.

You must be an adult to use this service.

The price is $79 (39 € including VAT on the French version of the site), paid once. There is no subscription, no added fee and no later charge. The price you pay is the one shown just before payment.

Payment is made online through Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on your device). We never have access to your card number.

After payment, a person listens to the full song and checks the name. If it is sung wrong, we make the song again. You get an email with the link to your song within 24 hours. If we can't meet that deadline, we let you know, and you can cancel and get a refund.

Express delivery ($19 add-on): the song is sent to you within 2 hours at most after you buy the add-on. A person listens to it as soon as possible; if that can't happen in time, it's sent to you automatically on time, without being listened to first.

One free rewrite: within 7 days of delivery, write to us and we rewrite the song, even if you have already downloaded it or given it.

A refund, no questions asked: within 7 days of delivery, as long as the song has not been downloaded or given, we refund you on request. It counts as downloaded once its file is retrieved from your page, and as given once the gift link is opened, including by you. We keep the date of both events.

After that period, or once the song has been downloaded or given, we refund only if the error is ours (name sung wrong, defective file, lyrics different from the ones you approved) and we cannot fix it. This does not limit your statutory rights in section 9.

To do so, write to hello@seregami.com. The refund is in full, to the same payment method, no later than 14 days after your request. The song's links are then disabled.

The song is made to your specifications and delivered digitally. At payment, you ask for it to be prepared and delivered right away, and you waive your right of withdrawal once it is delivered, as provided by article L. 221-28 (3° and 13°) of the French Consumer Code. Until it is delivered, you can cancel and get a full refund.

This waiver does not affect the guarantee in section 7, which you keep.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer. If the file is defective or does not match your order, we fix it or, failing that, refund you.

You confirm that what you tell us does not infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse text that is hateful, sexual or defamatory, or that uses an artist's lyrics, name or voice. If we refuse after you have paid, we refund you in full.

You are responsible for the lyrics you approve: check names, dates and memories carefully.

The song is for personal and family use. You can listen to it, give it, share it with the people close to you and post it on your personal social media. You can't sell it, use it in advertising or distribute it on music platforms without our written agreement.

Because it is composed with artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee that the melody is exclusive to you or that it is protected by copyright.

Anyone with the gift link can listen to the song, so share it only with people you choose.

Except for gross negligence, intentional misconduct or bodily injury, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order. This limit does not remove any right the law gives consumers.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence. The version that applies is the one in force on the day of your order.
